Jude Law and Sadie Frost's son makes catwalk debut at DKNY party for Men's Fashion Week, London

I was invited to one of the most incredible parties of the year so far – The DKNY official opening party with Esquire for the London Men's Collection at 1 Embankment.  The underground bar underneath Waterloo Bridge, opened in March and is one of my favourite party venues in London.

At the Fiji Water sponsored event, a smorgasbord of stars including Jessie J,  Jeremy Piven and model Jourdan Dunn were on the guestlist to watch the DKNY show which featured 17-year-old Rafferty Law (Jude and Sadie's Frost's son) making his catwalk debut.  As well as mixing A List offspring and fashionistas with music and TV stars, the world of politics was also represented in the stylish form of Labour MP for Streatham, Chuka Umunna.

As the UK fashion industry is worth a staggering £26bn to the UK economy, Chuka told me Labour's election pledges include supporting the industry to ensure further expansion - and specifically more job creation. I've always thought Chuka, who at 35, is a rising star of the Labour party, comes across well on TV and he didn't disappoint in person.

After the show, the catwalk became a dancefloor and to lend further 'cool' credentials to the evening,  DJ Nick Grimshaw took to the decks while we all quaffed champagne and Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve cocktails. I was thankful for the bottles of Fiji Water available to sip on too - ensuring a steady partying pace.
